With the generous support of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding, the hospital is equipped to provide life-changing medical interventions, including cataract surgeries for adults and specialized pediatric eye surgeries for children. There is an urgent need to fulfil the unmet eye care needs of the rural population of Raigad and Thane district engaged towards eliminating avoidable blindness and improving the quality of life for the visually handicapped people in rural areas of Raigad and Thane.

Many children also suffer from refractive errors, squints, amblyopia, cataracts, trauma etc. These children who are visually handicapped under the "SARVA SHIKSHA ABHIYAAN- SSA" needs proper and comprehensive patient care, clinical research, sight enhancement and rehabilitation.
